SICK’s new family of IQG inductive proximity sensors in a 40×40 construction size are easy to switch and can be installed in a matter of seconds. The designs allow for flexible adjustment and easy monitoring. The patented stable push-lock system is quick, reliable, and unique. It allows for tool-free mounting and offers a high level of safety by eliminating the possibility of unintentional unlocking.
The IQG family is also extremely flexible, available in both a short variant for use in factory automation and a long variant for outdoor applications. Thanks to the sensor head which can be rotated in five different directions, the IQG family can be adapted to suit a whole range of applications. The four corner LEDs enable straightforward sensor status monitoring, whatever the mounting position.
